Jacob Reese is the Vice President of Standard Plumbing Supply and a third-generation leader in his family’s business.

The grandson of founder Dale Lee Reese, Jacob started working at Standard at just eight years old, sweeping warehouses and learning the business from the ground up.

Over the years, he has held nearly every role in the company and led the expansion of Standard’s Vendor Managed Inventory program to over 52 locations.

Jacob has a deep passion for the industry and a strong commitment to his customers. He served a two-year LDS mission in Hamilton, New Zealand, and earned a degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University.

Above all, Jacob is a dedicated husband and father of four children under the age of five, celebrating nine years of marriage.

With a HARD WORK attitude, Dustin started as a technician and moved into key management positions at Any Hour Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air as the company grew from $1.5 million to over $100 million in Utah, plus $450 million nationally in just 13 short years.

Dustin has been instrumental in helping the growth by serving in multiple positions at Any Hour including HVAC Technician, HVAC Sales, Marketing Manager, HVAC Sales Manager, Recruiting & Retention Manager, and currently as President of Business Development and M&A.

Brigham Dickinson is the president and founder of Power Selling Pros, which trains over 1,200 CSRs and technicians worldwide to create WOW experiences for homeowners.

He developed the Pattern for Excellence, a proven framework to increase sales, build loyalty, and deliver exceptional service.

Brigham travels the country coaching CSRs to master call conversions, riding along with technicians to refine their soft skills, and speaking to leaders on empowering their teams.

His mission is to elevate home service businesses by transforming the way their people connect and serve.

Ken Goodrich's journey began at the age of 10, holding a flashlight for his father as they worked on a Goettl air conditioner for a customer.

Fast forward over 40 years, Ken seized the opportunity to buy the iconic Goettl brand he cherished from childhood, becoming the owner and CEO of Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing.

Under his visionary leadership, Goettl has set industry benchmarks through groundbreaking advancements in marketing, training, quality assurance, sales, and technology.

In December 2021, Goettl achieved a record-setting valuation, cementing its status as a rapidly growing industry leader.

Beyond Goettl, Ken has acquired, integrated, and developed over 40 businesses throughout his illustrious career.

His unwavering dedication to the trades is reflected in his substantial contributions to trade schools, one-on-one mentoring with industry operators, and co-authoring "The E-Myth HVAC Contractor" with renowned business guru Michael E. Gerber.

Appointed by the Governor, Ken also serves on the State of Nevada’s Workforce Development Board, where he tirelessly advocates for the advancement and promotion of skilled trades.
