As a Standard Rewards Member, you will earn one point for every dollar you spend at Standard after at least $150 is spent on a single ticket. This accumulates to about 1% back on everything you spend at Standard Plumbing Supply. You can redeem your points immediately or save up for a big reward. Some exclusions do apply for point accrual.

At the end of every sales ticket, the individual writing the invoice will need to enter the cell phone number used to register your account into the “signed by” portion as the final step before closing out the ticket. This will tag the invoice to your account. Points are accrued over a rolling 18 month period. Some exclusions do apply.

The 1% reward is not added to the price of the items in our store. A majority of the reward points are paid by Standard Plumbing Supply’s strategic vendors, with a focus to reward those who support their product. It is out way to say “Thank you” to the ones who help us keep our doors open.

After qualifying purchases are made, your points will be added to your account within 24 hours. If you have any questions about point accrual, please contact us at customersupport@standardplumbing.com and provide the invoice number.

Within 24 hours of purchase, points will be added to your account automatically. You will see your points on the login screen. See pictures below.

After qualifying purchases are made for our special promotions (Buy 5… get this), the reward will automatically be added to your shopping cart on the app. All you need to do is login and checkout.

There is no limit to points you can earn.

There are a few reasons why you may not have received points.


  1. 1 - The salesman did not add your cell phone number to the invoice prior to checkout. You can confirm this by logging into your rewards account and checking the invoice number against the ledger for point accrual. If you have an invoice which did not get added, please contact us at customersupport@standardplumbing.com and provide the invoice number.

  2. 2 - Some Exclusions Apply. Standard sells a few products which margins do not allow for point accrual. Although this is a small section of what we sell, please reach out to us if you have any questions or issues.

Yes, points are kept with the cell phone number you used to apply and it does not matter what account items are purchased on to accrue and redeem your points.
