FEATURES
Shurtape PC-609 Industrial Grade Cloth Duct Tape is a 10 mil thick polyethylene-coated cloth duct tape used in the HVAC industry for sealing metal and flex duct work, and patching and mending thermal insulation. Typical application uses for Shurtape PC 609 include: HVAC industry on sheet metal, flex duct and thermal insulation; manufactured housing to seam bottom boards and for patching, seaming and sealing; and for packaging, bundling, holding, wrapping and waterproofing. The tape has excellent holding power; good conformability, is easy to unwind and tear, and has a waterproof backing. PC 609 comes with Shurtape's Polyblended CO-EX technology with is a co-extrusion process which melds polyethylene, cloth and adhesive in a single, high-temperature step which results in a permanent, airtight bond (creates added strength which will not delaminate). Tested in accordance with UL 723. Stocked in colors black and silver.
